Two fights and not one GGG fan has expressed disdain over the fact that GGG did not fight the way that he proclaimed himself to fight. He did not fight as if he was the monster that they proclaimed him to be. Master at cutting off the ring? KO artist?

If you ask me, all the talk of corruption, bad judging, robbery, etc is just misplaced disappointment that GGG wasn't who they wanted him to be.

100% the entire narrative and goal post has been moved. It's crazy but just think about what all the talk was BEFORE he faced canelo? He is the monster who knockouts everyone from 154-168. MOST of the controversy, is caused by a lack of understanding regarding the official scoring criteria

e.g.

in the rematch, regarding the 4 official criteria..... I think Canelo won ALL of them

clean hard punching
effective aggression
ring generalship
defence

Although ggg agression was ineffective in fight number one, you can give him that in fight one.. Canelo takes the other three criteria in fight one. Canelo should be 2-0 vs triple jab

The scoring criteria is great and all, but it doesn't mean **** when boxing is scored on a round by round basis.
