Train more with other top level fighters and fight less... He already fought 5-6 times this year and I'm sure he'll fight again before the year is out...
I've always wondered why more top level Fighters don't seek out the services of Floyd Mayweather Sr...
I know Oscar calls him the best trainer be ever had and we all know how he developed his son...
Makes me wonder why he isn't more active as a trainer....??

      Keith Thurman-Luis Collazo
      Robert Guerroro-Aaron Martinez
In the words of whoever is the Roger Mayweather of MMA, you don't know sh^t about mixed martial arts.

That is not what the UFC does. Granted you are right that the UFC has branded itself well. Hell most people interchange UFC with MMA & MMA with UFC still. They are among the most well branded leagues in all of sports.

What the UFC does do is make evenly matched fights from the guys at the tip top down to the guys having their first fight in the UFC.

I would say there are cards that are more top heavy like you are suggesting, but typically those are 2 times a year max with one almost always being International Fight Week in July which you could equate to being like the big May & September fights boxing has become known for in recent times. Thing is there are also nothing cards like this weekends card that basically had Mark Hunt on it & no one else even plenty semi-hardcore MMA fans know of, but the thing they all have in common is there are more 50/50, 60/40 type fights than virtually any boxing card I've watched in my entire life has had.

This non-competitive, build up names strategy has hurts its entertainment value on a regular basis & creates a main event is all that matters sport for most people who enjoy boxing. Boxing would be better overall if it took an approach that was less about mountains in May & Sept. & valleys the rest of the year that could keep the more casual fans interest all year long better.

            HBO Unparalleled Production Values

One thing about HBO it has unparalleled production values. Everything about it is better than ESPN, Showtime, and other networks. The camera angles, in between rds corner stuff. HBO just has no peer when it comes to its production values. I can tolerate Lampley and Kellerman and am willing to in order to have a much better quality, view, sound, and picture of the matches.

Do you recall how awful PBC was? That new technology of theirs which looked like early 1990s stuff. Showtime does a terrible job regarding the corners in-between rds. The camera view of the fighters also seem further away than HBO. Plus Showtime and other networks do not have detailed punch stats or detailed info on what % of punches landed to the body or head.

I do not care for Lampley, Kellerman, or Harold, but I will tolerate them for better film quality of the matches.

He's a tough journeyman. The fights I saw him in were at super Middleweight. He lost to David Benavidez and had gave Anthony Dirrell a tough fight.

Why couldn’t they show the preliminary fights instead.? That could have filled 30-45 mins easy
