Comments Thread For: Hearn: If Team Wilder Want Joshua - Why Won't They Reply?

According to Eddie Hearn, promoter for WBO, IBO, WBA, IBF heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua, there is no communication from the handlers for WBC champion Deontay Wilder. This coming Saturday night at Wembley in London, Joshua will defend his titles against mandatory challenger Alexander Povetkin.

He's got a point. If they had any interest in negotiating for April and the next slot is November / December but the IBF mandatory is coming through and they are the least flexible.

He's said he's will to renegotiate so talk, if Wilder doesn't like the offer don't take it. Given they have a stadium booked Wilder would have a far stronger hand for April than later.

Why the hell would they negotiate now for April, when they have no idea what their position will be after the Fury fight?

Shut up halfwit Hearn. You are being shunned. No one even cares to hear your squalling garbage anymore. You are pure liar, con man, fleece artist, flim flam operator. Go away.

why would they reply at this stage when they are fully focued on Wilder/Fury for Nov/Dec???
The outcome of that fight changes everything. Im a fan of Hearn and matchroom but with the whole wilder sitcho clearly looks like he didnt want that fight for AJ just yet

Because you've completely ***ed it up and if I were them why would I commit to a dodgy deal to suit you when there's a possibility Wilder may be negotiating a mega bucks rematch with Tyson Fury and would be a fool to be tied to your one way contracts.

Why do you say that? Let’s say he is lying why not call him on his bluff.......

Good Morning Mr Hearn as you can appreciate we have a forthcoming fight in December but if successful we are more than happy to unify but to save us all the back and forth we will only sit down if we are guaranteed a percentage if not good luck with your future endeavours.

What is the big deal in simply doing that. You can’t bury your head in the sand and expect your fans to argue your case. Wilder is fighting Fury he is a fighter he is handling his business in the ring. His team are supposed to map out his future can they not be professional? They are given Eddie an excuse to go elsewhere and you will be the first to complain. You obviously want the fight to happen so why are you promoting the silent treatment?
