[QUOTE going from 35 to 36 at that high level is a lot[/QUOTE]
I can only imagine the wear and tear from all those amateur fights & intense training for all those years....he's also beat up alot of pro guys in high intensity fashion....his body has to be different at this stage....he's fitter than you or I will ever be, but that doesnt take away from the fact he needs more and at least 3/4 years younger energy to deal equally with an ABOVE average 28 year old.....

This is so true. I didn't think any man could miss as much as GGG after the first fight and all I heard were excuses and how it was because Canelo ran (even though he literally laid on the ropes 1/3 the fight and GGG was still missing) but in the second fight Canelo removed the running excuses from these clowns and walked him down...and guess what again GGG missing at high rates again and actually missing 600 punches this time. He is so inefficient it's not even funny and has major problems with Canelo's slickness. But you ain't winning big fights missing 1100 punches while landing only 14 body punches in 2 fights. WTF LMAO

The bottom line is Canelo fought a good fight and deserved to win the very close decision victory over Golovkin. He was ready and prepared for battle. He was the aggressor, came forward, back GGG off the back foot and ripped off combination punches in bunches; Especially to the body.

Moreover, his body language suggested that he wanted the fight more than Golovkin. He was the one trying to engage exchange in the center of the ring and staying off the ropes. He even beckoned GGG in the last round to come and trade toe to toe with him.
