GGG meant to be a killer but he has been boxing in few fights starting with the Lemieux fight.

I don't know if GGG has been that backed up, he chose to box IMO, use the jab, he wasn't ridiculous doing so since a LOT of people thought he won.

I have been hearing GGG can only fight coming forward, now that he boxes more, people still not OK.

Maidana was pretty aggressive against Floyd yet judges didn't like him against floyd. Mariana was probably twice as aggressive as nelo.
But the judges assumed the punches weren't landing?

He should blame Canelo for beating his ass.

I get all of that, the fact that GGG was pushed backwards made him look like he was losing, that’s my thing. This was what his own team held on to in their first fight. And then he came back and fought in that way too. He gave them the mental thing to same hmm.

I largely blame Sanchez, he was instructing him to move back early (which after all the talk of running was always going to make GGG look bad). I think the game plan was all wrong and ultimately it put GGG in a bad spot early.

I blame sanchez. A fighter doesnt have the perspective and clear mind of an outside observer and sometimes something simple can escape the mind. Sanchez ***ed up by not stressing bodyshots, it was the topping golovkin needed to dominate the fight, instead they made it as difficult as they possibly could. Although if golovkin had followed sanchez' plan of sitting there in the provodnikov stance Golovkin likely would have been stopped, he's not a great inside fighter.

The boxing was golovkins plan, because he can notice canelo has the advantage up close. Sanchez is just a poor trainer who wants his fighters to come in face first and fight like bums. Coming inside has its place, but what sanchez needed to tell him was, remain boxing him, but occassionaly go inside, and load up on the body shots. That wouldve backed canelo up guaranteed. You dont go head hunting for bombs against slick fighters, chop the tree down, sanchez doesnt even understand basics like this.

No. Fights are supposed to be scored fair, not because of location or someone's reputation. Just because someone is a feared puncher doesn't mean he should need a KO to win. All judging, fans' and judges' is supposed to be 100% objective. That's what you should strive for.

Canelo said he would KO Golovkin too. Even ODLH said he believed he would. Just because a fighter doesn't do exactly what he says he will is no reason to give him an "L". Golovkin landed more punches than Canelo and even rocked him in the 10th. Alvarez made a good showing of himself, but Golovkin did too and outboxed him, imo.

I don't care like I said, if people fall into bullshts, that's their problem.

I look at who's landing more, controlling the fight, landing the better punches.

I don't care how they moved.

I'm a GGG dude but I never went into that "Nelo run" stuff, he was there in the ropes all night in the first opus.

I don't think GGG run either, people need to watch May vs Castillo 2 then they will see what's a fighter on his bike.

1 judge out of 6 in 2 fights having GGG winning when GGG outlanded Nelo on compubox (compubox became gospel yesterday) in 20/24 rounds.

GGG didn't get a fair shake; I'm not screaming robbery, robbery but he didn't get a fair shake, especially as the champion.

Them being 1-1 would be fair, GGG overall got screwed, he needed a win to get a draw and a draw to get a loss, and "running" in the rematch should be an excuse for that.

GGG is the one who got a crazy card in Byrd, no Nelo, by pure coincidence...

Its definitely odd that GGG didn't fight the fight he said he wanted "for the fans". I don't think you can judge the fight against him cuz he didn't do that though as some are suggesting. And I don't think the judges did.

But yea obviously GGG is the guy in the ring so the L is his not anyone elses.
