This is why he ran out the ring after the fight! The first fight he couldn't land what he wanted to land and was neutralized so he used the excuse well I ddin't land big shots because he ran from me. So he knew they were going to ask him why you couldn't land again and why you took so much punishment and he couldn't play the Canelo ran card after being walked down all fight. He was BROKEN physically and mentally. He knows he lost and nodded yes when Able told him heading into the 8th you losing the fight. LMAO

When your trainer tells you you're losing it's pretty convincing at that point

Let's say Abel had GG losing 4-3 after 7. Tell me which rounds GGG clearly won to pull out the victory
This is a ****** post, Abel was only motivating Golovkin, GG was wining 7-0 Maxi told me personally, I don’t know anything about boxing and wanted to know what story to run with to make me look cool on NSB afterwards, it wasn’t even remotely close and the scores should have been 120-112 GG.

I think I had it 4-4 going to the ninth, and gave GGG 3 or 4 of the last 4 rounds. It was 8-4 or 7-5 GGG. 7-5 Canelo is ridiculous

Hmmm could have done it to motivate GGG... kinda like when Floyd Sr, told Jr. to step it up because the way the crowd cheers for Manny the judges might have Floyd losing!

Problem is AFTER the fight he was hawked by reporters and asked over and over he still said GGG didn't win the fight and said Canelo deserved to win give him credit. I don't see any reason that he lied heading into the 8th he felt GGG was losing and had the same opinion that GGG didn't win the fight AFTER as well. After the first fight he was defiant, excuse making, crying that GGG won the fight? Why didn't he do it this time? Because all the excuses that GGG couldn't do what he wanted was well Canelo ran. Can't use excuses when he fights the fight you guys wanted, stalks and phuks GGG face up and body. Well Canelo had GGG running out the ring after the fight and earned Sanchez respect. Hell Sanchez was throwing GGG under the bus after the fight and was clearly upset with the way GGG fought and the audio proves it.

Fans use some of the dumbest sh.t to justify the way they feel. If you thought Canelo won the fight, cool-- that's not a bad opinion! The fight was close. But a trainer saying his fighter is losing is not proof.

Some trainers do it so their fighter won't just cruise to the final bell.

Not saying that was what happened sat night as I felt GGG lost and was losing when Abel said that but some trainers do use it so their fighter won't slip thinking he's already got it in the bag and rest on his laurels.

Abel clearly wasn't happy that Golovkin reverted to his old Soviet school style. Abel is all about frontfoot aggression even to the point of one-dimensionality, as seen in some of his lesser fighters like Shafikov and Gassiev
