Lemieux using excuse Billie Joe defeat down to being injured is a disgrace he is like spike levels below the top cats in the division talking like he would do triple g

Lemieux may be a limited boxer but the dude can crack. I think he has the hardest single punch in the division.

As previous posters have said, C+ level skills and A+ power, needs to matched properly to look good, etc. GGG seemed leery of his power and Golovkin has an elite level chin.

Lemieux should never beat the top level fighters of the division, but his power is so concussive he will always be entertaining and compelling.

I was of the opinion this one wasn't as close as the odds were suggesting. Didn't think Spike wouldn't make it outta the first round doe. Davey was looking big & even a lil out of shape with all that weight he gained, but nice dominate performance & he may very well be next up for Canelo now. Can't see him beating ANYONE with a respectable ring IQ, like Canelo has, doe.

Gotta say I got this one completely wrong. I thought Lemieux might be shot or had his confidence destroyed after the BJS defeat, but he starched Spike without working up a sweat.

Thing is, he doesn't imbue any excitement getting matched up with any of the top middleweights because so far he has shown he can't compete at the top level. So where does he go now?

Maybe a shot at WBA secondary belt holder Ryota Murata, because he'll get embarrassed again against Canelo, Jacobs, Derevyanchenko, Charlo, and GGG. He will have to be matched like Arturo Gatti was against Mickey Ward.

                    LOL!!!

While certainly no top 10 fighter, he KOd a solid prospect in Antoine Douglas, who had previously only lost to Khurtsidze.

                      O'Sullivan is probably a C+ fighter,
                      Lemieux is world rated #7.
