You have to love all of this back and forth stuff. It just makes this fight must watch on Saturday. Not sure if I will purchase it or do the movie theater. I did the theater with Mayweather vs Cotto and they served drinks and food. I don’t remember a fight other than Duran and Leonard where (2) fighters really had “beef” with each other. No pun intended.

Sounds like Sanchez is handling this the right way. He acknowledge Nevada allows a degree of stacking. He wants to follow the rules and address it now instead of fight now which is a disruption for everyone. This is the right way to do things.Comment

i cant stand Sanchez but I'll actually side with him on this. I saw the video of him pleading his case in the dressing room and the inspector was being a complete prick & didnt bother in trying to hear him out. Whole thing just seemed unprofessional.
I know athletes in every sport get special treatment (the Bradys, the Lebrons, The Jordans, etc.) but boxing is different. This a life threatening sport so when it comes to Gloves, PEDS, handwraps, padding, etc there should be no exceptions no special treatment for ANYBODYComment

Why is it an issue now that Canelo is doing it? I know for a fact that Tito Trinidad was doing it, James Toney always did it, and many other boxers done it. Nobody ever said anything when they fought in Las Vegas, but the hate for Canelo is so great that now it has become an issue. If unable is not willing to do the same with Golovkin, that's not Canelo's problem. He is following the NEAC rules.Comment
