HBO needs to scramble.......and fast. You can't let go of all your best fighters and expect to seriously stay in the game.

ESPN it is DAZN hasnt proven they can promote in the US, ie(the guy who beat GGG) he went that route, and now AJ the guy whom he turned a 50mil dollar fight for. He's been trying to become a star in the US this whole time, he's not gonna give up.

Interesting. He's either goin to Showtime or will just be a free agent. Remember Showtime doesn't just show PBC fights.
Badou Jack, Devin Haney, Clarrissa Sheilds, ect fight on Showtime and are not with Haymon-PBC.

I can't see him with Hearn-Matchroom-DAZN, but you never know.

GGG on his own isn't worth very much, but vs Canelo, he's worth a fortune. The best thing for GGG is to stay with HBO and pursue a third fight with Canelo regardless of the result of the second fight. And potentially even a fourth fight at some point if they end up tied 1-1-1.
I have been saying the same thing. The fight is going to be close either way. It is up to Canelo to make it a little more of a fire fight. I could see these two making money again off of each other. I could see Canelo fight Mungia next and Golovkin Vs. Zurdo , Then fight again in May.

imo he needs to go the cotto route and just sign for like 2 or 3 fights....

that way he doesnt get "stuck" with just one network of fighters

HBO may not offer 360 a ton of non-GGG dates, but they offer him a couple. Can he do better elsewhere? Maybe not. History teaches us though that the promoter will leverage his fighter to benefit himself, not the fighter. So GGG's deal with HBO being up may be irrelevant. If his deal with Loeffler was up, that'd be a different story.
Is it me or I see a looming conflict of interest for Loeffler between his own promotional company 360 and his job as a managing director for K2 promotions?

HBOŽ is canceling the "Big Drama Show" 09-15-18

*The show is Based on a fictitious power punching fighter with supposed "Super One Punch knockout power" except against elite fighters.

Earlier this month HBOŽ also canceled the failed comedy "Krusher" to make room for "Munguia" the next pet project.

He was just the b-side to a PPV that did 1.3 and this one will probably Do another 1 mil +

He consistently can sell over 10k seats in various venues from east to west and in the UK

He’s easily a top 5 draw in boxing. Just say he signed to PBC for one of their Fox cards he probably Does 3-5 million viewers
You remove the name 'Canelo' from his fights, and he can't even get Vegas to even look at him twice.

He's done well to build something in New York over 6 fights, and in California over 4 fights, but even then he has to dance around with staging and gimmicks (an Olympian and freaking medalist pretending to be Mexican is some of the saddest **** I've ever seen).

Short notice or not, Golovkin went from possibly getting $15m-$20m as Canelo's B-side to maybe putting 7000 people into StubHub to watch him fight Vanes.
