Danny lost because he wouldn’t let his hands go, not saying it was porter power but his volume is what beat danny. Porter IMO was a fighter danny could have won but I had a feeling this would be like porter vs berto. With that being said the 115-113 was the right call. Danny won’t beat any volume punchers or skilled boxers. Maybe he needs more help in his corner or work on conditioning more

I don’t agree that Danny didn’t let his hands go. He threw plenty. He just couldn’t muster the kind of volume Shawn did. Few fighters in the division can. I was leaning towards Porter before the fight, and felt that unless Garcia could land a big left, Shawn’s activity level would carry the day. I agree that 115-113 was about right. Good fight. The better man on the day won.

Haha It was silly shit, but Danny may not have even noticed. It was directly after the fight. I think all Garcia was thinking about was the decision. He really did seem to think he won.
