By the looks of his body at the weigh in, he expected an easy night. He gassed though, noticeably. I assume if he fights a top welter he will come in better shape. That chin will always be a liability though.

It was a close fight,, but Vargas clearly won!!

He was the cleaner puncher , Khan was running from him and was on bambi legs most of the fight... Also REF. did everything he could to save Khan.

Most of the flurries Khan was throwing was hitting air.. They were more of a 'Showcase' than actual punches ..

I scored the fight 115-114 Vargas.. No way it was 119-108 like 2 judges scored it.. Some of the rounds were pretty even but they clearly tried to Rob Vargas there..

In my opinion Khan outboxed him,Vargas was walking him down but ate alot of punches in return whereas apart from the knockdown at the end of the 2nd round and Vargas rocking Khan at the end of the 10th i believe all the clean punches came from Khan,again Vargas a tough mofo,his nose looked a mess,props to him for going 12rounds but Khan was rusty.

He won pretty much every round but this is probably one of his worst performances alongside the Algieri one. I don't think I've ever seen such an inconsistent fighter as Khan, one minute he looks unbeatable the next he's struggling against the likes of Algieri and Vargas.

Ref. did everything he could to help Khan, Khan should've had atleast 2 points deducted for all the pushing and shoving Vargas's head down..
