B class and lower trinket holders, bums, and faded smaller champs is all this hype job fights. I guess people have low standards for a supposed top p4p fighter...

I hope he fights these big names because atm he seems overhyped to me. He has zero elite fighters in his resume (Best argument is post-Matthysse Postol and an older Gamboa pushed up in weight) even though he looks good in his fights. Until he fights the best fighters the jury is out on where he stands as far as I'm concerned. It kind of reminds me of Golovkin's situation pre-Canelo.

Otherwise, don't waste your time thinking about it, imo. With Crawford now on assumed $3m a fight, what would you ponder is on the table to pay the opponent?
How much have his opponents been getting?

But yea I definitely feel like we are going to be seeing Bud vs Saucedo, Bud vs Bes***** & Bud vs Kavaliauskas in the next 2 years vs the fights we wanna see Bud in. And maybe a random mandatory or two who may not be TR affiliated.

I'm not sure I see either happening & I see them both as equally unlikely. If any of those fights happen anytime soon (next 2yrs) I'd assume it'd be on PPV.

What makes you say that? What makes you so sure?

I'd be surprised if he fights any PBC guy in a reasonable period of time, next 12-18mos lets say.

              We’ll see

Ugas is the type of low profile no fan type of fighter Haymon has no problem sending over to the other side for a decent payday but he isn’t a top end WW so he doesn’t fit the bill

Khan & Brook associated with Matchroom and DAZn and Spence & Thurman ( if he’s still alive ) are all Crown ***els to their respective sides l, I imagine None of them are getting sent over to Espn to fight Bud and we know Arum/Espn arent going to send over Bud ( one of their only notable fighters ) over to the other side

I just see Bud to continue to fight who he’s been fighting for however long , essentially overmatched nobodies who he should easily
Beat down and probably continue to be the only top 20 P4P /profile fighter that hasn’t been in a big fight against a fighter near his talent level or profile. That’s wack

Don’t get me wrong I’m a fan of Bud and Benevidez but does anyone think it’ll be competitive ( I hope it is )

You wouldn't want to see him in with either Garcia or Porter or how bout Khan maybe Manny??

I just don't see the vision! I love TC, but I don't think this was the best move he could've made! What makes him think Spence, Garcia, Porter, or Mikey will be coming to fight on ESPN? Manny don't want it, and Loma is too little! I hope at least the check was worth it!
