I heard an interview today with Bomac where he talked about the new contract. He said every fight he gets paid is life changing money. And he's expecting Crawford to fight 3 times a year

"can fight as many times as he wants and we'll fight anybody. So we're not going to play teams or affiliations. This is all about working with everybody and making the best fights for the biggest guys out there, making the sport bigger."

I'll believe it when I see it. And I hope I do. Would be a nice change of pace to see more guys working together at the highest levels more often.

Don't know how they can work it out so that it makes sense for all doe.

Bomac was talking a good game in the interview. He was saying he wants Khan, Brook, Spence, Thurman, and he was really hyping up Ugas. He said that would be a good fight for Crawford. Ugas beat him in the amateurs.

Yea. That was a good interview. Bomac is a really good manager. He's been getting Crawford good money from Top Rank for a while. He got Herring the co-main event next week on ESPN.

Doesn't say where. Just says he can fight whenever.

I think Thurman or Spence on ESPN will happen before Crawford is on FOX or SHO.

It'll be as it always has been; Crawford is free to fight anyone willing to fight him on Bob Arum's channel, on the date that Bob Arum picks, for the money that Bob Arum is willing to pay.

Otherwise, don't waste your time thinking about it, imo. With Crawford now on assumed $3m a fight, what would you ponder is on the table to pay the opponent?

thats why the pbc guys can’t be these paydays when a garcia fights a porter. They can’t afford a 5-6 mil license fee. That’s exactly what your saying.
