I do feel like he's not gonna let Usyk at Joshua anytime soon & I'm pretty sure Usyk &/or his team was saying on twitter recently that they weren't planning to leave 200lbs just yet anyway so I guess they will be on the same page with that.

If Usyk was planning a HW move next or if he changes his plan in the near future I suspect Usyk will be treated more like Ortiz was when he signed with Hearn for a minute more than he'll be ASAP'd to Joshua like Bradley was to Pacquiao upon signing with Arum back in the day.

And if Usyk does get to fight Joshua I really like his chances there. Might even be picking Usyk outright vs just feeling like he has upset potential when/if that fight gets made.

Hearn couldn't fast track Ortiz to AJ because the IBF mando had to happen first. If Ortiz hadn't jumped over to Haymon for Wilder he would be fighting AJ next, as WBA mando, not Povetkin.

As the WBO "super" champion at CW, Usyk will become mandatory for AJ's WBO title if he moves up to HW and asks for a shot.

bad argument. DAZN isn’t just boxing either. They got Belltor and soccer and other sports too. DAZN is $10 a month and Showtime is $15 on directv so yeah DAZN is cheaper and sports content than sho

Bellator? Cool, that's a B-level MMA organization that doesn't have the best fighters in the world. They have soccer? Which soccer leagues do they have rights for? What other sports rights do they have? NBA? NFL? Interested in knowing what I will be paying for in a few days so would love to know. Man, the DAZN monthly investment is going to be better than I even thought!!!!!!

I'm going to let you in a secret, that guy has absolutely no idea what he is talking about. Currently, DAZN USA has no rights to the big soccer leagues nor NBA leagues nor the NFL. The top guy at DAZN said right now those rights are not open so we chose to start with boxing/MMA to kick it off.

And guess what? To me it will still be worth it with just boxing and some bellator.

I haven't checked the brackets in a while, but would that be the final or the semi-final?

Me I like boxing. And I got big respect for a guy like Usyk. And I'm gonna watch all his fights til he retires or I get hit by a bus most likely.

The general US consumer on the other hand that makes the difference between you having a good following to being a mainstream star seem to care where you are from & if you don't got some extra sh^t on top of being a good boxer then you will NEVER be a big draw in the US.

Maybe Usyk gots that extra sh^t idk. Maybe all that "I am feel" stuff becomes his lil angle into the hearts & minds of fans beyond us hardcores idk. I just know the deck is stacked against foreign fighters in the US so I don't necessarily see a US promoter not picking up Usyk as some lost opportunity cuz you need a lot of promotion, big fights won & luck on your side to get anywhere with that type of guy on US soil.
The thing is, you don't sing all of your fighters with intention to make each one of them a star, right? They might serve different purposes for a company. We might agree that guy like Andrade (for example, and don't take this comparison seriously) doesn't have a good chance to become a ppv attraction. Just like Usyk, but because of different things (language barrier, whatever). But hypothetically, if Usyk asks same or less money than Andrade, who would be a better candidate to make a deal with? I guess the answer is obvious. And how you explain the point of singing other eastern guys like Lipinets and ignoring Usyk at the same time? And you know that Usyk is another level compared to Lipinets. So I guess it's all about the division that's not popular with American audience, and promoters are too lazy to invest their time to think of marketing strategy that would help to increase the interest in Cruiserweight, they think it's better to keep doing the same old stuff. Okay, lazy is kind of wrong word to use here, let's say they don't want to take risks with it

thats why the ESPN+ app is the best investment by far. Way better than HBO SHO or DAZN. $5 a month for at least 3 boxing cards plus 2 ufc cards plus the regular Espn boxing undercards not to mention mlb, nhl, soccer, college football and original programming.

That price blows everything away. And if u order for a year at a time its only $4 a month.

DAZN I think is supposed to have La Liga. NFL and NBA streaming rights aren’t up for bid yet. When they are I imagine DAZN and ESPN+ will put up some serious bids
