Tough sport just like boxing except with kicks and elbows.
I think it's more deadly and savagery than boxing tbh. I respect Muay-thai fighters and the sport.
This man here is a known beast, he has over 200+ fights

Mate of mine is a muay Thai fighter.. think he even won a European title a few years back.
He did the whole travel to Thailand and kick **** out of Banana trees to sever the nerve endings in the legs.
It's a very disciplined sport and very painful bit great to get into even for just keeping yourself fit.
