He's barely big enough for it and I don't rate his skillset as being good enough to make up the difference. He's not exactly a small welterweight but it's still a bridge too far for a guy who came from 140 imo.

Danny Garcia would be crushed in 154. 147 should be his MAX weight. He's 5'8 1/2, he's not the biggest Welterweight, he's the same size as Crawford.

And Mike Tyson was 5'10 at heavyweight and Paul Williams 6'1 at 147-154. It's not the height it's your body mass and your fighting style as a boxer. Porter used to fight at middle weight. Danny and Kell Brook are not that far apart. Floyd Fought at 154, Khan at 155. Oscar all the way to middle weight.
