Comments Thread For: Eleider Alvarez: I Can Score a Knockout of Stevenson and Bivol

Newly crowned WBO light heavyweight champion Eleider Alvarez (24-0, 12 KOs) has finally arrived on the scene. Last month, he shocked the experts when he knocked out betting favorite Sergey Kovalev in seven rounds. A rematch is likely, as Kovalev intends to exercise his contracted right to an immediate rematch.

    Stevenson yes.
Bivol not sure of that. Bivol can outbox Eleider the same way Kov did. But Bivol is younger and seems to have a good stamina. Also has power.

bivol's never proven to battle through low blows from jack, a busted nose from jack, 40 years of age, and a cold all in the same night...

but i can see your point..u dont think father time will be defeated..

all in all stevenson refused to be stopped or beaten vs jack when all was against him...if the punishment wasnt too much no one in that division is going to have an easy night with him

The Last I heard HBO is not buying the Kovalev rematch. Is that still the case?

          Good Luck

Beterbieve will decappatate this guy.. Elder seems to be the goods but make no mistake Beterbive is the boogeyman in the LHW division no one wants that work .. Props to anyone who steps up..

they are working through details they have 31 days to exercise the rematch clause. A few places say it's already been done but I've heard a few places it hasn't been officially submitted yet.

Alvarez can definitely beat Artur Beterbeiv,, I saw Artur fight in Fresno when he won the vacant IBF belt, he looked like a zombie going straight forward with no head movement, in a boring lackluster performance

Kovalev was supposed to be The Boogeyman too. I think Alvarez just proved that he is a handful for anybody.

It's hard to know how much Stephenson has left in the tank now but he is probably over the hill. I would love to see him and Badou Jack get it on because Badou deserves to finish what he started. If Alvarez was to fight Stephenson who knows what would happen but let him flatten Kovalev first.

Alvarez was a puncher as an Ammys then he ****ed his hand up. But he still knows how to shift his weigh into punches. His reg shots don't have power but if he wants to sit down he can hurt people. Watch his matches where he scored knockouts they are legit knockouts
