For months they were saying they would call that fight. That fight if called 4 months ago would have happened in August gone, which means had Whyte gone ahead and fought Ortiz he would have the chance to fight for the WBC belt by 2019, since the last voluntary defence we haven't heard from the WBC, Breazeale was meant to be next unless a unification happened. Which shows how corrupt these organisations are.Comment

I think at this stage neither of us are going to sway each other into seeing it our way. I will concede Hearn was not chomping at the bit to get this fight done by neither was Team Wilder . I will concede again if you were looking at the body language of both Fighters Wilder looked more keen to lock horns. However, Team Wilder( not Deontay per se ) what did they stand to make from the flat fee deal? We know what Deontay will achieve he will become the undisputed but as Shrewd business men and I underestimated just how cunning and clever Winkel is, accepting such a deal is a slap in the face to him.Wilder agreed to terms for fight to happen THIS YEAR was Hearn and company always wanting to push it off until next year which is why contract had no date, even in interviews when they was discussing fight Hearn always hinted at pedvetkin first and wilder was always going be after
Winkel and his team have agreed a fight with Fury with no location or date finalised. Fury hasn’t come out and complained there is no date because they are on the same page. If Winkel in particular was more forthcoming instead of being adroit with the information he chooses to divulge perhaps I wouldn’t argue a single point you are making but his actions has given Team Joshua an escape plan. Albeit make no mistake if Joshua is not shouting from the roof tops to face Wilder this month and I dare hear him mention Whyte I will openly come on hear and apologise for doubting youComment

You have good points short of and explanation to justify why Joshua turned down a guaranteed $50 mil plus upside incentives and a concrete automatic rematch.I think at this stage neither of us are going to sway each other into seeing it our way.
