Yep, Hearn doesnt understand the market hes moving in to. Americans only like to see their fighters box once a year.

Nah hes furious with Hearn guaranteeing him 3 fights a year, delivering him a title shot, and a possible unification in his next fight.Comment

starting to think this site is influenced by DAZN somehow BigPoppaPump. for example, not 1 story about the 80million offer by wilder and his team which joshua declined.
Shelley Finkel says "We guaranteed AJ $80million"
And Frank Warren backs him up!
It must be true then .. there can't be any doubt about it ..

All this talk of Hearn only offering what theyre already getting paid. Hearn's guaranteeing them 3 fights a year. Doesn't take a maths whizz to work out if you getting paid that 3 times your making more on the year than if you only get paid it once.Comment

...and clearly that isn't appealing to most boxers he has talked to so clearly something isn't quite right.Comment

He's got the WBSS and 2 world MW title fights lined up before DAZN has even launched, and you have no idea who else is thinking about signing up with him in the future.
Hearn isn't about luring fighters away from other promoters and tying them to him with long term contracts. That's never been the way he operates.Comment

HBO had Canelo and GGG, the two biggest possible fights for Danny. Showtime didn't lose Danny because they couldn't afford him, they lost him because he happened to be in a weight class controlled by HBO.
Hearn has gone after dozens of Haymon fighters since and all he's pulled off is Jesse Vargas. So clearly that DAZN money isn't more appealing than SHO money if the vast majority of fighters are staying put.Comment
