People still under the impression the Ward fight was a possibility. Their career paths were in a different trajectory. I never liked the 164 but it was clear why they asked for that. There was never a real chance of that fight happening. Ward had already admitted how hard making 168 was. ****, he said 175 was getting hard too. Golovkin, meanwhile, had the chance to fight Canelo or Cotto. No way is someone turning that down. Only GGG is asked to move up and face the best P4P fighter in the world immediately, then move back down, while Ward gets to fight 3 times before Kov. Completely different standards.

Then why say anyone from 154-168 gets knocked the *** out??? See GGG is a hype job who fests on bums and guys moving UP in weight classes. He could of been the Cotto or Canelo but he chose to be a 5th year senior waiting on 8th graders to get to High School...

No it's not l, that Red headed drug cheat hid out 155 for 2 years. Don't think real fans forgot that. Fixed it for you.

And your boy Conello should be at the top of that list. Name one fighter that he has beat in their prime. None. All washed up or weight and judge advantages.

GGG could jump up to super middleweight if he wins this fight against Canelo. But their is still a Jacobs rematch waiting which would make him more money than anyone in that division. And other middleweights like the Charlo and Saunders too. And if GGG wins a close decision against Canelo, I could see a trilogy. I just think Bivol, Alvarez, and Stephenson beats him at LHW.

HAGLER was a 15 round Champion. These jokers at 160 can barely fight a full 12 rounds!! Lmao!!

                      1) Canelo fought Golovkin in his real fight at middleweight

                      2) little 153lb Cotto said this..... "all of my future middleweight opponents will be at catchweight"..... so when Golovkin totally refused to negotiate on weight with the 153lb SUPERSTAR, he removed himself from the Cotto sweepstakes, AND HE KNEW IT

Golovkin LITERALLY walked away from that fight

sick and tired of hearing your worn-out lame fanboy song

                      also, you missed the point

the " why " matters not..... only that it didn't happen
Canelo didnt fight GGG he ran from him. If ur to ****** to understand that 153 is not a weight class then thats on u. If u have to make catchweight fights then u don't deserve to fight and call ur self a middleweight fighter. Thats why Oscar is talking about Canelo fighting Spence he doesnt belong in middleweight. Thats why he ran from GGG and thats why he will try and survive in the rematch. Why aren't Oscar or Canelo talking about Jacobs or Charlo any more? They have no choice but to make catch weights fights or fight at 154.
