..... when Golovkin finally did face an opponent who was considered elite – Jacobs – he struggled, escaping with a close unanimous decision.....

beating 20 cans = whoop-de-shht

He needs at least two HUGE wins in superfights to even discuss any legacy. He was Ko-ing a mixture of cans and ex 154 lbers. As soon as he stepped up to face B class opponents he's not knocking them out anymore. As a boxing fan, I have seen that movie before a million times.
