How do you become #1 w/o fighting GGG?

      CORRECTION:

andrade was never the WBA world champ. he held the "regular" belt at 154. the regular belt, with one exception, means you are definitet not the world champ.

More like #5. WBO is the least thought of world belt. So it would be Canelo/Golovkin/Jacobs/Derevyanchenko ahead of Saunders.

So right now BBJ is fighting for a toss up 3rd position. Charlo has done nothing against nobodys to be considered better then current #5 at middle.
Who is BBJ? Presuming that is Saunders, who has he ducked?

He signed for Golovkin twice and would have been fighting him this month if the Canelo rematch wasn't made.

Jacobs lost. I though it was close, but he lost. He doesn't have anything else on his record that puts him above Saunders. Beating a guy 12-0 doesn't do that either.

Canelo hasn't done anything at middle apart from the GGG
draw so arguably, at middle, Saunders has the best resume apart from GGG.

Saunders vs Andrade is a tough close fight that will go to the scorecards.

I think Saunders and Charlo are better than Derevyanchenko.

Remains to be proven. Winner of GGG/Canelo is #1. Charlo/D-Chenko/Jacobs/Andrade and Saunders are jockeying for #2. Charlo is the odd man out though, imo. He belongs in the hunt but he isn’t doing schit.

you listed the IBO as a joke right?

Well Saunders will have the best MW resume if he beats Andrade convincingly. His win over Eubank and Lemieux were dominate while Gennady struggled with Danny and MexiCHAMP Ca$hnelo
