CORRECTION:
andrade was never the WBA world champ. he held the "regular" belt at 154. the regular belt, with one exception, means you are definitet not the world champ.Comment

Not hardly. Yes Saunders has a better record at middle then Charlo but not Jacobs. Jacobs IMHO beat GGG in there fight and deserves a fair rematch. Canelo should hevwin which a lot of people me included think he will win will be #1 with GGG being #2 Jacobs #3 or BBJ as BBJ has not been beat but has ducked top opposition to. So right now BBJ is fighting for a toss up 3rd position. Charlo has done nothing against nobodys to be considered better then current #5 at middle.
He signed for Golovkin twice and would have been fighting him this month if the Canelo rematch wasn't made.
Jacobs lost. I though it was close, but he lost. He doesn't have anything else on his record that puts him above Saunders. Beating a guy 12-0 doesn't do that either.
Canelo hasn't done anything at middle apart from the GGG
draw so arguably, at middle, Saunders has the best resume apart from GGG.Comment

The winner of GGG vs Canelo II will be the unified WBA (Super)/WBC/IBO/Ring champion, and some still consider Canelo lineal champion so possibly that too.
Billy Joe and his WBO belt he barely defends has no argument unless he were to beat the winner of GGG vs Canelo II.you listed the IBO as a joke right?
