It's just a different culture, I doubt he's eating **** off the streets. I'm sure it's got plenty nutrition, definitely more than the stripped and processed crap in America.

Also, private pig farmers (and there are a lot around here) often times will "fatten up" a pig by "double caging." They will put two pigs in cages, one above the other, and only feed the pig on top. The pig on the bottom with get bigger just by consuming the excrement of the pig above. Pigs don't digest food well and will often eat feces, particularly the feces from their babies.
And catfish with out complaint.
