You're certainly entitled to your opinion, but in the opinion of the world's leading experts, Ortiz is top 4 in his division.

He’s facing the mandatory Povetkin. Which goes back to my original point if he didn’t fail a test and lose to wilder he would be facing aj instead. What exactly are you disagreeing with here?
I’m pretty sure you have no evidence that Hearn had Ortiz removed. But say for arguments sake he did, he lost to wilder anyway so would’ve been removed from the rankings or dropped from the number 1 position so it’s redundant.Comment

Yes assuming wilder wins. At this point either guy winning would not surprise me. I think it could go either wayFor sure, if he beats Fury a lot more casual fans in the UK will know who he is, and many will call on their Good Knight (Joshua) to go avenge this troublesome, noisy Yank.
It for sure raises Wilders negotiating position above the current 15m.
Currently Joshua can get away with dodging Wilder as Wilder is fairly unknown in the UK (to the casuals), but that all changes after a Fury fight.
So less flexibility for Joshua to dodge Wilder + Wilder having a better negotiating position - Hearn must be hating this lol.Comment
