Ortiz....lolol . Ortiz is finished. He is a good technician but that’s it. I saw him fight Dave Allen. Absolute doo- doo, as for his fight against Malik Scott don’t remind me. He fought admirable against Wilder but Wilder always makes fighters look better than they are.

He didn’t avoid Ortiz this is false. Had Ortiz not popped dirty and lost to wilder he would be facing aj and not Povetkin. In aj’s 20 or so fights he’s fought most of the top contenders in his division. How many boxers have back to back unification fights with undefeated champions? Wilder was probably never going to happen next. Povetkin is the number 3 ranked hw in the world I’d hardly say he’s holding the fans to random. It’s not like he’s fighting Gerald Washington.

Aj agreed to sign the next day if he got 50 million so you can't flip it on D.Wilder, that's a b!tch move.

What he stated was if the fight was 100 Million he would sign take 50 Million and split it 50 /50 in which it doesnt matter bc he was not gjven stipulations and Hearn when stating hes interested was refused meetings deemed counter productive with a 24 hr deadline on it .

No I agree from a competitive perspective I couldn’t agree more. I’m not a whyte fan I thought Parker would smash him to bits but Whyte is in a good place now in terms of on the cusp of a title fight in virtually all the major organisations. For him especially from a monetary perspective why pursue Ortiz when he is closer to Joshua or fighting Manuel char and actually being a belt holder.

Let me reiterate this no one in England wants to see Joshua and Whyte 2. I don’t think even Hearn could sell us that fight. Even if Whyte beat Ortiz. There is no value in Ortiz. Whyte is better off fighting the loser of Fury vs Wilder. The loser would fight him as he is highly rated and I think Whyte needs that marquee name on his resume

Beating Ortiz is better than beating Manuel Charr! Is that WBA "regular" title even worth it? I think beating Ortiz is much better value than becoming the WBA "Regular" Champion!
