naw, what is 1 year of marinating lol ive been thru worse during the floyd-manny era.
We said that a lot during that time “floyd will be forever known as a ducker” now everything turned out just fine for him.
Joshua will eventually face fury and wilder. And has a good chance against both.

Joshua is a ducker but fought the guy that Wilder ducked because he was a baby Y'all are sad. One guy fought every legitimate threats that is possible, the other fought every fighter that is outside the top 15.

"Wilder has already proved that he is willing to step up for the big fights" based on what? because his resume says otherwise.

Joshua will almost certainly fight 1 of Wilder or Fury (if not both of them) in the near future.

Wilder ducked Klitschko (his own manager acknowledged it) yet you are sat here championing him so clearly legacies are not forever tainted for ducking.

No question that Joshua’s reputation has taken a hit lately but all it will take is for him to face the winner of Wilder v Fury next year and win and that’s his legacy right there (not saying he will win before somebody jumps on my back).

If he fought the winner of Wilder Vs Fury next we won’t even remember any ducking or anything.

One fight for the WBA, WBO, IBF, WBC and Lineal HW championship of the world.

The build up would be so insane. Biggest HW fight in decades. You think we would still be talking about flat fees and 50mill offers if that fight came off?

So no. It depends entirely on how the rest of his career pans out

Povetkin is a tough fight. guy has only lost once to a prime Wlad, it won't be easy and he is at least as tough as Ortiz, the one and only legit decent win on wilders resume.

So I guess Wilders legacy is tainted from when he ducked Wlad? saying openly he wasn't ready right?

It says something about who are as a man.
Deontay has accepted the fight multiple times but his management override him by returning contracts late AND unsigned. He is not in control of his own career at all, hence 40 fights but only 1 decent opponent, the most recent. We can't count Fury yet same as we can't count Povetkin, Wilder signed to fight them both but has faced neither so far. Lets not start applauding him for something he hasn't done ... and if AJ is a duck than Wilder's manager is lord of the ducks.

As for Luis Ortiz ... he had an opportunity to impress Hearn while signed for him but in both fights he ****** ass and looked like he didn't care at all ... that's why he was let go and missed out on the handful of easy-to-make bouts Hearn would've given him had he made some kind of concerted effort to look good in there.
