I like Haymon and the mystic about him but if he signs Rigondeaux that will be the best bit of business he has ever done....... Rigo is undefeated, double Olympic champion and adored by the fans. He doesn’t have quit in him and he is a hot prospect ..smhComment

I'll be interested to see the responses from guys who have been consistently pro-UK, anti-US (and anti-Haymon by default).
Personally, I think there's potential in this. Joyce has not really done anything yet other that calling out guys for fights he hasn't earned. Hammon might be able to get him on his way.Comment

It's a shame he didn't make a decision like this sooner, sounds like he's officially still with Haye but gotta be disappointed by how things have gone so far. Haymon can put him in with 3 B level HWs in the next 8-12 months and that will teach him a lot and show us where he's at.
I still think it would've been ideal for him to stay in the UK and face guys like Chisora to build popularity but it seems like he tried to do that and the promoters couldn't/wouldn't get that fight done and then Hughie was interested but went for the Pulev eliminator instead. In the US he'll fly under the radar a little a first because he doesn't have that eye-catching talent or style, he shows technical flaws and can be a bit slow. I think the matchmaking will be the key, I'm not saying these fights can/will happen but if I was picking I'd say Duhaupas for his durability, Szpilka for his awkwardness, and then someone like Breazeale or Kownacki.
April 2019 is when AJ-Wilder should happen. JJ's aim should be to make sure that by then, his reputation and skills are good enough that he can jump in and face Wilder if negotiations fall apart again.Comment

Why is this signature with "advisor" Al needed in any way? Aren't promotors those who make fight deals? And he already has a promoter. Sounds "swampy" to me.Comment
