I was at the first fight and they didn't seem that loyal after 12 rounds, they went pretty quiet. Loud booing from everyone when they read the scorecards out.

GGG's fans are fans mainly because of his style of boxing, whether you consider it Mexican style or not. Canelos fans, mostly, are fans because of nationalistic pride. If they didn't have that in common with him, they wouldn't be fans because he's given real fans every reason not to support him.

Agreed. I've never been big on supporting a fighter just because they're from my country. If I like them I'll get behind them and use the nationalistic angle to root for him as well. But, if I don't like them whether they're Mexican/American or not, I'm not rooting for the guy. That's what I see from a lot of Mexicans that they'll support a fighter simply because they're Mexican. I feel like that's going against what you truly feel. Golovkin is one of my favorites because whether his style is Mexican or not it's fun to watch.

He will get his props if he wins however, he will always be remembered as a cheater. everyone eat tacos outside, mexican soccer players as well. and none were caught having clen in the system.

It was more the fact that g's fans put him on this pedestal that he doesnt deserve to be on. Like he an atg and he isn't... The whole "everyone ducked him and everytime a fight with a supposed fighter didnt happen it was always the other guys fault not ggg" also i like canelo more than ggg so naturally I started tk dislike ggg. But im happy now, ggg will be done in less than 30 days!

Yup! Always blaming the other guys. Fights suppose to happen but didn't.
