According to who? Not any doctor, nurse or paramedic I've spoken to about it.

May I ask why you are so adamant about clearing Floyd's actions? I mean, this was the first fight we know about Floyd getting dehydrated in training to a point where he needed an IV right?
IV was completely legal in Nevada and most top level fighters were using IV rehydration. It was standard procedure.

Floyd & Manny voluntarily hired USADA to make sure any IV use was for medical reasons and USADA confirmed Floyd's use was legit.

It's a non-issue. You are the one that is adamant about some insane conspiracy theory with zero supporting evidence.

You can't then simultaneously argue that Floyd was doping. Floyd was never banned for doping either.

Yes, I heard about the thinly-veiled and poorly thought out alias.

Floyd was caught taking an IV for dehydration when he wasn't dehydrated. What was Manny caught doing? Knocking out Hatton? Get real Floyd fan.

            You're lying.

Floyd wasn't "caught" doing anything. USADA witnessed his illness. USADA was there when the paramedic was called. USADA took a sample before the IV. USADA witnessed the IV. USADA took a sample after the IV. Everything was done in front of USADA and with USADA's knowledge and blessing.

Back in the day, PED use was more under wraps and enforcement was pretty much nil. We figured he was juicing, but hey, he was a favorite boxer.
