Why did Wilder and team drag their feet when Hearn sent them the contract?

This knowing full well that WBA and Povetkin were waiting on the sidelines.
Povetkin is a serious fighter who is probably the equivalent of Spence in Russia.
He's not just some Berto or Ortiz employed at PBC.
Is this not proof of arrogance from Wilder's side and a sign that all they wanna accomplish is to piss off Hearn?
Do you do these ******, de****able things when you claim you want the fight?

wilder couldnt handle being the B-side. he'd rather not have the fight than have his ego knocked a bit in negotiations. Hes the damn B side and he was demanding the fight in america and now saying he deserves 50:50. Who the hell does he think he is? Stevie wonder could see that its wilders ego that stopped the fight happening. The fury fight is easy enough to make cause fury has pandered to wilder. If eddie hearn did that then he wouildnt have a business because every opponent would start asking for ridiculous splits. what fans on this forum board have never seemed to grasp despite hundreds of posts is that matchroom sports is not a charity, fighters get paid what they are worth. end of.

You know what Finkel admitted just recently?
"He said he would’ve met the deadline had he been given one."
Meaning, he admits they didn't respond in a timely manner.
Which is mind-bogglingly strange for a boxing manager.
Which means he's lying about not being aware of AJ's mandatory obligation.

You know what they're making a big deal of?
It's not even the date and venue, like his silly defenders keep smoking here.
              It's the rematch clause.
Have never seen a B-side make the rematch clause an issue.

The thing is their not pissing off Hearn bc he can get much safer fights and be well off with filling stadiums .

Wilder will probably lose to Fury , MAYBE twice and he ruins his own historical point on how he will be viewed .

I know why Wilder is willing to fight Fury and thats bc with 2 fights can get a possible 35 Million win or lose , but no one really knows ?

Hes not as confident with Joshua to risk his AGREED 15 Million and lose , so hes not willing to make a possible Joshua rematch and hes O.K with a 30 Million loss not ******** with Joshua altogether .

The only way Wilder comes out on top is a Fury win , hes going to go from point A to F if he loses . The money hes assuring himself in 2 fights with Fury are going to be his cash out back up plan .

In short they dragged their feet holding out for more money bc in reality they know Joshua is the favored here and wont risk the fight without a large chunk !
