Explain to me how Golovkin can't box? Is the jab not boxing? How many guys who have a good to great jab aren't considered good boxers? The jab is maybe the tell tale sign of a good boxer. Without the jab Golovkin neither beats (or I should say should have beat Canelo) or Jacobs.
