Great responses to an uneducated fight fan. And personally, I don’t think Canelo’s movement is what troubled GGG so. It was the movement, combined with GGG having to respect Canelo’s power that made GGG more gunshy than I’ve ever seen him.
I haven’t seen too many GGG fights where his opponent didn’t use a lot of movement. GGG is normally excellent at cutting of the ring, closing off escape routes, and getting in great position to get his shots off. And we saw none of that against Canelo. GGG only started having success when he basically made the decision that he was willing to take two or three to land his one. And that pretty much coincided with Canelo tiring in the middle rounds.
