So I actually saw a few interviews of Hearn talking about Pacquiao and DAZN, but doesn't know if it will be possible due to how much Manny is demanding. Also, it is unclear if he will fight in the states so DAZN won't want to put up a crazy amount of money for a fight taking place across the world. To me though, if it is aired on prime time in the states does it really matter?

Put Pacquiao vs Khan in any country, and then air it on prime time and you will see good numbers. It is a fight that will for sure attract subscribers to DAZN. Hearn needs to go all out here. First impression is always big and if DAZN which is unknown in the states gets off to a bad start, it may never recover.

If he massively overpaid both for that fight to be in the UK Hearn loses so much money it's unreal. The fight wouldn't be a PPV to the buying UK public and it'd be millions down the drain.

I think outside of Canelo or GGG the only other fighters people would want to have seen him against is charlo or another PBC guy which just ain't gonna happen when your exclusively contracted to HBO.

I mean.. if Jacobs wins and gets the belt he's looking at a real opportunity for the mega fights again. Only problem being his belt is the IBF who are pretty annoying with the very stringent rule following
BJS was apparently willing to face the likes of GGG,
which would have probably been a daunting task for him,
but instead Saunders ended-up scheduled to face Murray
for less money & less acclaim. That never ended-up
happening either. Now he's supposed to face Demetrius
Andrade. Surely a Jacobs fight would have made him
more money and earned him more respect than fighting
anyone except Golovkin/Canelo. I dont think Jacobs
would be against fighting in the UK, at least according to
some of the things Jacobs has said in the past. It seems
like a good fight for both, so it's strange that neither of
them seem to fancy the idea very much.

But I don't think PBC is THAT unreasonable regarding letting
their fighters to fight on other networks, if the opportunity
is too big to pass up for one of their lower priority fighters.
PBC let Chavez Jr become a punching bag for Canelo on
      HBO PPV for instance.

The problem with Jacobs v BJS was probably more down to Warren and Hearn not particularly wanting to do business with each other
