Lennox sounds disgusted with the games AJ / Hearn have been playing with Wilder

In a perfect world AJ would demand Hearn to make the fight, But This is the same guy that allowed his promoter to turn down a record breaking offer so he could fight on a unknown / unproven app and also allowed his promoter to pLace him in the witness protection program after his I’ll take 50 million dollar interview

Don’t know if I have much faith in the man to grow some stones and start demanding things from Hearn who’s basically AJs real life Mr.Candie while he plays the role of Mandingo
Lol I thought this about Wilder when he met Trump in the White House aka Candyland. At least AJ getting paid for bodies like Django does.

So, I take it Anthony and Lennox won't be having an ale at the local pub together any time soon.

The story said Wilder offered JJ $50 million and JJ turned it down, not Hearn. Hearn isn't doing the ducking, I'm sure he'll get his cut.

He can turn down the 50 million dollars so long as he beats Povetkin the money will still be there. That's maybe the most interesting thing about Joshua vs Povetkin is the possibility that Joshua goes life and death with him.

Sent a contract without date or venue, to fight in the opponent's country while he would make more fighting in his own and in a platform opposed to the one that built him. And Joshua hadn't even signed the contract by that time. Maybe he is meant to send a contract in good-faith?

I guess Lennox doesn't know that AJ recommended that fans start training to fight Wilder. Because its easier said than done.

“Look, (Wilder) is a baby winning the title. It was his first title fight, they'll be a time for unification, they'll be a time for all those things, he could go and Povetkin (the No. 2 contender) in Russia and make $10 million,” Finkel said to the Tuscaloosa News. “It's not the right thing yet. Give him a couple of fights, maybe bring something back to Alabama. Let him develop just like any other athlete. They don't take someone who is a great college prospect and throw him right in. And this kid is a great prospect.”

Sign the contract Wilder April let's go ..
Notice the difference...they at least admitted that Wilder may not be ready. That's not what Hearn is doing. Joshua said he'd knock Wilder out in 3 rounds. Then he said that if Wilder didn't stop calling him out and didn't take whatever deal Hearn offered that they'd "freeze him out". Then he indicated that because Wilder was a risky fight, he should be compensated for taking the risk. He also said that the fans should train to be boxers and fight Wilder. He also said that there was plenty of money to go around, but then contradicted that and said that the offer was "enough" for Wilder.

All Lewis is saying is [have your promoter make an offer that gets the fight made, not just one that's "good enough" to make your fans feel like you're not ducking]. He is saying that Hearn seems to be more focused on the money and not Joshua's stated desire to become undisputed champion.

Listen, arguing that the flat fee deal is "good enough" is getting old. Especially when every fan, even the Joshua fans, knows that a % split offer and a two-way rematch gets this fight done easily.
