Lewis is really Canadian 😝. I don’t mind Lewis really. I was pissed when he defeated Tyson but he has done nothing to me. However, I do wish he would be brave and come out about his sexuality though. As for what he is saying he can say what he wants. You can’t say Joshua is scared if he has signed the contract but you can tell his team to be real with the offer. Maybe in November or December against Fury? Wilder's net worth is in the neighborhood of $30 million so he doesn't have to beg. After beating Fury a lot more boxing revenue will be coming his way and conversely AJ's value goes down. I hate to see that happen, maybe some folks need to swallow their pride and see the wisdom in paying Wilder enough for him to accept the fight even if they think it is too much. At least it gets the fight done and stabilizes things.

Now this a very good and logical post. Lewis is basically putting the onus on Joshua to be more ambitious than Wilder. I personally think lewis thinks Joshua is ducking Wilder, why? Because he knows Joshua is the bigger star so the onus is on him. The thing is no one looks at it like that when you are the man. Lewis did things his way so he would know, boxers have egos and they are arrogant, all which applied to Lewis when he was the man. I still feel Lewis speaks with a tint of jealousy when he speaks about Joshua. You can almost tell from his messages.

I agree especially when you factor in the notion that he obviously believes he would wipe the floor with him in his prime and doesn’t deserve the accolade and following he is receiving. Either that or he knows Joshua doesn’t fancy him and he feels he stands more chance with the Bomber
