I saw Joe Smith Jr at the fight and i said what do you think, and he said he’d like to fight one of these guys up here, and I said Kovalev is the guy you should fight, and that was before he got knocked out, now I definitely think that’s the guy he should fight, unless some how he’s able to get a fight with Alvarez In which I don’t think he will get, Joe go fight Kovalev it’s the perfect fight for ya

It all depends on his mentality and also him situating his team. Like Duva said he might need to get a good conditioning coach that'll help him prepare adequately for his age and with an attention at stamina. Also his coaching situation might have been a factor coming into the fight. This was his first time out with a new coach. Something to think about but I'd love Sergey to go out on a high note.
That and laying off the sauce. His body look dehydrated like hes been on a liquid diet.

That gave me a good laugh. Thank you.

It was not tough to watch. It was glorious to behold
because Kovalev has NEVER seemed like genuinely nice guy.
It's always nice to see a bully get bullied, especially Kovalev
who was not humbled by his first two consecutive defeats.
His new name is 'Son of Alvarez'.

It’s gonna be a hard road back.

You could tell something was missing as the fight started. A farewell fight and hang up the gloves!
The something Andre Ward took from him!

Age combined doubly compounded by years of not living a clean lifestyle caught up with him.
