Good for them but how can Wilder make good money when the top guys like AJ keep avoiding him?
Whyte vs Parker PPV numbers

It's funny, he was called a ducker and cherry picker with a padded record for years, now the narrative has flipped and he's suddenly a boogieman who everyone is apparently avoiding.Comment

So its Joshuas fault that Wilder declined 8 Million to fight Whyte ? Or 5 Million with anyone he wanted on DAZN ?
Yes how can Wilder make money ? Shouldnt his team have worked on that 5 years ago ?
How about knocking Joshua out collecting 15 Million and make FIFTY Million in a rematch , how about that idea if wants GOOD money ?

Good numbers. This shows you that Matchroom and Sky are doing a great job building their brand. And the 474,000 that bought the PPV definitely got their money's worth.Comment

All the yank gob shytes on here slating the British fans for buying this in... was one of the best cards I’ve seen for a while, you watch this sport to be entertainedComment

Exactly. Here in America a lot of our PPV fights over the years have featured big names but mismatches and boring undercards. When you have pure 50-50 fights like Whyte vs Parker, and Chisora vs Takam it almost always guarantees good fights. Nobody who likes boxing and watched that card won't have been entertained.Comment

I’m from the UK and it’s full of deluded casuals.
The problem is Sky Sports completely dominates our TV market and further dominates the sports sector. As a result of this so many idiots are completely brainwashed by this sky sports/matchroom propaganda and actually believe they are getting value for money and quality boxing whilst watching this dross.Comment

It's £20. It's so cheap. However what annoys me is Sky Sports is £50 a month. So essentially your paying a extra £120 a month for six PPV's to watch Boxing in this country. British Fans get mugged off more than Americans. I hope Sky's Executives and Eddie Hearn burn in hell fireExactly. That card was very good quality. A lot of PPV's I've bought didn't have that kind of excitement.I’m from the UK and it’s full of deluded casuals.
