This internet S#hit is getting crazy because people can say what they want or pretend to be someone they are not. If you refer to someone as a bum you better believe if they pull your card you better have something to stunt with. Unfortunately past experiences have proved that usually any person that refers to another person as a bum because he offended his favourite boxer is generally a bum. However in this case you are different because you have Facebook, Instagram etc to prove you are at least sitting on something that makes you refer to another person you have never met as a bum. The reality is that there has been some blowback from the Joshua-Wilder saga and it’s reflected in the slower than usual tix sales for Joshua-Povetkin. Will it sell out? It's quite simple, really. Wilder has made a career of fighting easy targets. So which is the better plan: fighting potentially dangerous opponents with little reward in the event of a win, or fighting the lineal champion, who has been away from the ring for 2.5 years, battling obesity, drug & alcohol addiction and depression? Beating a compromised Fury will put Wilder in a great position to demand top dollar to fight Joshua. Tyson would be ill-advised to face Wilder after only two tune-up fights.

The organizations only rank the fighters currently fighting for that organization. They don't rank the champions of other organizations and they don't rank fighters that aren't currently pursuing a path within their organization.

Sanctioning body rankings aren't rankings of the entire world of boxing. They are the rankings of the fighters currently fighting for that specific league. That is why independent world rankings and the rankings of the four leagues look so different.

Wilder holds the WBC belt.

The WBC, WBA, WBO, and IBF won't make any of the other governing bodies' champions in the same weight class a mandatory challenger.

The only way Wilder could become a mandatory is if he got the WBA (Regular) championship held currently by Manuel Charr. That would eventually secure him a mandatory shot at the WBA (Super) champion, which is currently Joshua.
