Is anyone gradually starting to give Garcia a shot against Spence?

Spence isn’t some elite talent, unless he’s good at hiding it

However he is much bigger than Garcia

Garcia has a chance based on being the superior boxer and talent, but it truly is a massive size difference

It's not that Spence is so much bigger as it is that Spence is better. Spence is faster, takes a punch better and hits much harder. He also averages throwing and landing a lot more punches per round than Mikey.
156? I find that really hard to believe. That would make him one of the smaller welterweights of the division

Garcia robotic, dont cut off ring, and head hunts alot. So no lol. Although ive heard of garcia sparring Maidana a lot and other big guys. And have heard spence is very strong but dont have as big of power as ppl say...but no, garcia is a bit overrated

Mickey is very smart and knows boxing. I watched a video of him talking about Jacobs before he fought Golovkin. He gave Jacobs a good assessment and he was right. He must see something in Spence to make him believe he can win. With that being said, it's still an uphill battle so I still can't pick him. I can't imagine he's physically stronger than Brook or Peterson. I also don't think he's levels above either one so I can't see him doing much better.

As of now i give him the "anything can happen" shot, but that's it. I think Spence beats him down and forces a stoppage. I wouldn't even be surprised if the corner just throws the towel at a difficult point in the fight, given that Robert and their dad don't even want the fight.

Garcia wont put up any more of a fight than Spence's last opponent.

If he gets in shape he can school him. Boxing fans always greatly underestimate the potential a smaller guy has to kick the ass of a bigger guy, Haye is gonna kill Bellew, someone needs to stop the travesty of the Oscar Pacquiao fight, Pacquiao is gonna kill Marquez etc

If Garcia had demonstrated more durability I'd be more confident in him, but I really don't know his durability, or his heart. That and height/length does help wonders, Garcia isn't particularly fast, so he has a big hurdle to overcome, being shorter and likely not the speed to compensate, he'll have to play it perfect.

Give garcia peterson first. But well maybe that’s not a great achievement to beat spence anymore if u didn’t move directly to WW lol

Lol...so we'll listen to you over everybody else that's actually involved in the fight game...

Showtime stated the dude's fight night weight against ocampo was literally 156.

Again we'll defer to you though.
