I’m not convinced of that at all. Wilder seems more like a Ronda Rousey to me: great talker, great self-promoter, mowing down questionable opposition but ready to get out at the first major, major payday.

I only go on his contradictions during negotiations. To say you’re interested only in legacy one day before passing up the chance to secure one by signing the contract tells me that he lacks confidence in his ability to earn as big again post AJ. Hence, doing everything in his power to acquire a big split.
