This is why Fury is an absolute waste of oxygen.

Not a chance in hell this happens. That fat c*nt Fury ought to be ashamed of himself for using Wilders name to stay relevant and simultaneously putting a British fighter in a more detrimental position in negotiating. This is exactly why *****'s need to be eradicated.

Hopefully his self destructive nature kills him off before he annoys me any more. #twat
      Hope you got deep pockets.

Neither of these guys will jeopardize their big money payday against Joshua! All smoke and mirrors! What's more crazier is some people actually think they're really negotiating to fight each other.

and really, who cares..... that fight is not even due yet

about 10 months ago, Joshua was fresh off his win over Klitschko, preparing for Takam ..... he had about 19 fights under his belt and Wilder had likely never mentioned him before that

they would be nuts to make that fight now, the guy sells 90k tickets at Wembley

and, surprise surprise..... the fight never got made lol

that fight will happen, no doubt about it

          two things.....

the guys who ridiculed Wilder and called him a coward for the last few years..... were obviously wrong, which was pretty dumb really..... he stepped up when he signed to fight Povetkin, who was top 4 at least at that point in time..... and he clearly bent over backwards to make the AJ fight

those guys have been proven wrong..... just like the guys who are calling Joshua a coward will be proven wrong

that really is a silly word to throw around when talking about this sport

this is just about timing..... and really, who cares

but yea, AJ fans have to shhhh now..... because Wilder CLEARLY wants that fight now, and AJ does not

that fight will be huge when it happens..... the only downside is Hearns bullshht in the meantime

cool guy, excellent promoter..... but forked tongue, just like the rest

AJ/DW fans are nuts if they rip each other to pieces over this
Yeah, I’ll agree: one of my biggest irritations is fans calling pro boxers cowards. The worst thing is fans behaving like they’re the ones fighting. It suggests a lack of fulfilment in their lives to need to live vicariously through their fighters and to wallow in their reflective glory and/or defend their fighter out they get slated as if the criticism was personal to them.

"Should the fight come down, it would take away the two most lucrative options for WBA, WBO, IBF, IBO world champion Anthony Joshua, who returns on September 22nd against Alexander Povetkin."

Bullshit! Both Wilder and Fury hope to win this fight in order to set up a big showdown with Joshua. He is the current cash cow of the division. Whoever wins this fight will use that victory to leverage a lucrative deal.

I commend Deontay Wilder. At least he is trying give the boxing fans the fights that we want to see.

After the broken talks with AJ fell through, he could've easily fought some no hoper who no one has ever heard or worse gone into another direction but instead he gives us the undefeated Lineal heavyweight champion of the world as a consolation prize.

What a gift to boxing fans? I am so looking forward to seeing this fight that I can't wait.

I must respectfully decline your offer. Now, if you happen to have a large-breasted, round-bottomed girlfriend with a pretty mouth, perhaps we can work something out...

LOL....It is the wrong guy to get more cash from BUT at least he believes in himself to win that fight, can't say the same for Aj & hearn though cuz they don't believe.

UK PPV sales could push that number to $20 - $25 million total.

I think that people shouldn't doubt this happening because both camps need more bargaining power at the table with Joshua and Hearn. How?

Joshua' s biggest fight pot was $40 million in his fight against Vladimir. (Both earned $20 million or so.) So if Fury and Wilder could pull this off, both have a PPV argument to stand on, and the likely outcome is:

                      1. Wilder proves his US demand (If the buys are there) and would actually be able to argue that he deserves 50/50 in the UK or that the fight should be in the US if they actually made this type of money with Fury.

                      2. Fury would certainly get 50/50 with AJ for a UK fight (which we know Warren will care about).

So in my view, both camps actually need each other, to prevent having zero negotiating power with AJ and Hearn. If they fail, then they lose nothing in those negotiations anyway.

I'm just entertaining all of this lol obviously idk what's going on, but I get the logic if it happens.
Hang on. Did I just read a clear, balanced and sensible post on this matter?
Brilliant. Respect and thanks to you.
