Has Ortiz ever beaten anybody on the level of a Joseph Parker?

      If so, who?

Bryant Jennings? Malik Scott? 45 year old Tony Thompson?

Those are Ortiz's best wins, and the last one was nearly 3 years ago.

Wilder doesn't want Whyte, because he's dangerous and a loss to him would derail his quest to fight Joshua. Instead he says that Whyte is beneath him. Dillian has fought two champions, losing to one and defeating the other. Wilder has KO'd every opponent he's faced. How can Whyte be any worse than any of them? Then there's the WBC, trying to protect Deontay from Whyte, by mandating that he face Ortiz first. Whyte is Wilder's #1 contender, so why does he have to fight the guy who just lost to Wilder? Now, Dillian has just defeated Parker, a former belt holder himself. At this point, he should either get his shot at Wilder, or be high on the list for a rematch with Joshua. If Wilder keeps ducking his #1 contender, he should be stripped.

If Fury looks good in his next fight then it is a certainty his next fight will be Wilder. I've noticed your posts are always sarcastic and cynical when talking about Wilder. That makes you appear childish and mean spirited.

Also it rules out AJ and Whyte fighting in April at the same time so it puts Wilder in a much stronger position.

Only reason he doesn't fight him next for 8 million is that he's scared he might lose.
I really think that Wilder doesn't want to fight Whyte because Whyte is one Eddie's guys. Wilder would KO Whyte and still not be close to a fair split to fight Joshua. In any event it is probably a mute point because it looks like (per Fury) that Wilder and Fury are just about set for a November or December fight. Wilder will make more than $8.0 million in that fight and Eddie won't get a cent of the revenue.

Exactly what level is Parker? His best wins are Andy Ruiz and hughie Fury. Parker won a vacant belt against a C level guy and beat two C level guys in his only successful defenses.

So the answer to your question is yes because Parker has shown that he isnt as good as they thought he was.

And Parker only just skirted by those two if he even won.

Whyte was ready to fight Ortiz till the WBC told him that if he won he would be Wilder's "second mandatory".... meaning that he wouldn't get his shot till at least a year after the next mandatory is ordered, whenever that is.

Yes .. it really is as bad as that.

And Ortiz's highest achievements - amateur or pro - are beating Bryant Jennings and getting stripped of the WBA regular title for failing the post-fight PED test.
