A win could put Wilder in the fighter of the year conversation with Garcia and Usyk. Fury is still the lineal champ.

So the point of this fight is money.

And if (When) Wilder beats Fury, it will mean less than nothing with the shape Fury is in.

So no, the number 1 will still be Joshua until he's removed from that position.
How is Joshua number 1? By jumping out of the WBC ratings, avoiding Wilder when Wilder was the only existing champion and picking up the belts stripped from Fury? Fury is still active so he's still the lineal champion, but when he left, Wilder became number 1 and Wilder has never been beaten from that top spot. Joshua STILL isn't ready to fight Wilder: Joshua could have easily requested a WBA exemption and either accepted the $50 million or offered a fair split to fight for the number 1 spot.

A fight with Wilder is a great motivator for Fury, so after the Pianeta fight, I suspect the deal will be to either fight Wilder next (if Fury believes he can beat Wilder), or share a card in December and then have an April 2019 unification.

With the shape Fury is in? Not a chance. A few thousand will tune in because hardcore boxing fans will watch to see what happens. But casuals? Not a chance. Fury looked like **** last time out. His performance isn't going to improve much in such a short period of time.

I'm still pushing for the fight though aren't I?

And who cares about some supposed boxing "Experts"? Wilder making 15 mill is way beyond his "Talents" are worth. Without Joshua in the division, no one would care about Wilder and his **** fights against bums. He wouldn't make that over the course of his career let alone in one night.

You could be right or you could be wrong. Plenty of people will pay to watch and find out.

How the hell are overseas fighters more proven if that can't sell ppv like US or can't make the boxing hall of fame like us? Or break records like us?

Are you really this ******? You started trying to compare American and overseas fighters so I had to bring up FACTS. You're dumb...
You're the dumb one because America having HOF's and PPV stars in the past has nothing to do with how Americans discredit overseas fighters and overrate their own.

Charlo's, Broner, Spence, Wilder, Miller, Jacobs, Andrade, Crawford have what? A few good wins between them? Yet Americans don't go round smearing them all the time. They get all the hype in the world and given credit for doing close to **** all. If Crawford wasn't American you'd rip his resume to bits. But due to him being American you give him all this praise for beating many fighters who aren't even good. They're just decent most of them. The only good wins he has is over a midget in Gamboa and Postal. But you have no problem calling him the best P4P. That wouldn't be afforded if he wasn't American.

Then you have fighters like Saunders, Golovkin, Joshua, Bellew, Whyte, Lomachenko, Parker, Povetkin, Pulev, Fury, Wladimir, Brook, Degale who have many more wins between them and have beaten better fighters than the Americans have, yet they're discredited and smeared all the time. So don't give me this **** about you don't rip off overseas fighters who have done more but give all the hype and praise to lesser fighters because they're American, because you do.

But there was no signed contract to have a unification was there? So after the WBA had already given Hearn extra time, they forced the mandatory like they should. You can't go round not giving mandatories the fights they have earned. That wouldn't be right.
