Wilder is one of the best managed boxer at the moment. Has AJ and other fighters to choose from, but chose Fury that looked like crap in his last fight and for sure needs more tune ups.

Come on now. He's nowhere near to being ready. But Wilder will take this in a heartbeat because he knows Fury isn't ready. He likes it when the odds are all in his favour. And so do his fans. Like you.

I would agree if they fight in December, Wilder having been more active will be the heavy favorite.

In another thread I said I doubted this fight happens in December because if I am Fury, I will keep fighting lesser talent until I am all the way back so he is undefeated going into the AJ fight.

You have to realized Americans have been burned by boxing ppvs since the 80s. Boxing fell off so bad it's a shame. The only way for the numbers to get up if all rights go back to basics cable. Sugar Ray Leonard fought on regular TV. This hbo / showtime has been killing the sport. Most Americans barely have cable any more. Soon as a fight hits youtube it does big numbers. If the Premier League went PPV those ratings will drop as well. Apples to oranges. Can you imagine how crazy it would be if Floyd Fought on basic cable? Deontay should be fighting on channel 2.

I'm talking about after this fight. Posters on here are saying Wilder would become the A side if he beats Fury. I'm saying his position doesn't change because a win over this version of Fury is meaningless.

I agree that Joshua will remain the "A" side. The difference is that Wilder would become a much stronger "B" side. This A B side thing is all about perception. It certainly won't effect the outcome of any legitimate fight. A win against Fury will certainly mean more money for Wilder in a fight against Joshua, as it should.
