Did Brook kill Golovkin's prime?

MW as a division is on the rise, but it was the weakest division for 5-10 years.I guess that must be why Ring Magazine rates him as PFP the best fighter in the world and all reputable PFP lists have him top 5 or better. Name any middleweight fighting today who has a better record against other middleweights and make an even bigger fool of yourself.
Just because someone is arguably the best MW doesn't make them the best boxer PFP. Same goes for HW...its a watered down division where windmills = best???
Top 3 is indisputably Loma, TC, and UsykComment

what is brook doingDid Brook kill Golovkin's prime? Someone, bring up the gif where Brook uppercuts Golovkin so brutally that his legs turn to jelly, please... Brook probably hurt Golovkin worse than any opponent had ever done. I seriously worried about Golovkin's health in this fight. He beat Brook, as he was supposed to do, but it obviously came with a price.
Golovkin went on to get a controversial win against Daniel Jacobs and then get a draw against Canelo despite walking into headshots all night. He then beat some journeyman I don't remember and he will now get knocked out in the Canelo rematch...
Did Brook take Golovkin's prime with the brutal punishment he inflicted? That's the only place where I can see it went wrong. I still get the chills when I see that brutal uppercut, Golovkin is a true warrior for still standing after that.
what is 3g doing
wtf, bruh. just say you love brook and be done with it.Comment

True.
But Pac took some punishment to the body as well, and marg is probably the biggest fighter he’s fought.
He took some of Pac’s physical prime. He wasn’t the same after.
While Marquez III took Pac’s aura of invicibility. As he was dominating everyone for 3 yrs until that
And ultimately his ferocity after the Marquez IV
Floyd fought a physically & mentally past prime pac. Even more so with the latter imoComment

I hate margo as much as anybody and he’ll forever be a suspect
But he landed some damage on pac and he’s the biggest guy pac has ever fought.
Pac was not the same after as well. Though not much noticeable.
Margo(probably plastered) battered prime cotto, who was about to be big during that time.
Had Cotto not been plastered he would have had a more solid prime years. That was just a lot of damage for anyone to easily move on— and i’m glad cotto somehow did
That was probably cottos best version.Comment

The less intelligent members of this forum seems to point out "Golovkin destroyed Brook's prime!". Well, yeah, it would be kind of embarassing if he did not do it, he is supposed to be some power puncher and Brook is from a smaller division. The truth is, they destroyed each other's prime.Comment

They actually mean it, bro. They're the kind of people who claim "Golovkin never takes damage from anyone, especially not Brook and Canelo, he takes their punches because he can't feel them!". So pathetic... That nightmare uppercut was probably taken on purpose too, according to them.Comment
