Here is NSAC "PENALTIES/FINES GUIDELINES" that is now a DELETED NSAC to cover their tracks. But NSAC always followed WADA guidelines.please show us where nac rules said at the time that they follow wada methods.
you cant because they didnt.
There was no loophole in the Testing Agreement. Because, as the NSAC advised Mr. Hauser, IVs are not prohibited in the NSAC rules. As such, there was no need for Mr. Mayweather to apply to NSAC for a TUE for the use of IVs. The TUE that was granted to by USADA to Mr. Mayweather was reported in accordance with the reporting obligations contained in the Testing Agreement, which specified that a TUE would only be disclosed upon its approval, not at the application stage.

2. We will continue to follow WADA’s Prohibited List, for both prohibited
substances and prohibited methodologies.
and just to top it off, USADA themselves follow WADA code.
So USADA could not give Mayweather a TUE for 750ML cause it is specifically against wada code.

Are you competing in an event for the first time where there may be USADA drug testing? Got questions? Anti-Doping 101 is here for you.
- Which organization determines the substances and methods that are prohibited?
-- The World Anti-Doping Agency has a committee (List Committee), comprised of experts from around the world, that determines the list of prohibited substances and methods, and receives input from all interested stakeholders. All signatories to the WADA Code follow the WADA Prohibited List.
Wada limits IV to 50ml per 6 hours, mayweather took 750ml (12x the legal limit). = CHEATING.

tue is the exemption. youre not making any sense. dont need an exemption to ask for an exemption.
if the doctors and usada are so corrupt, why do we know about any of this? why did floyd call usada about the iv? why did he even need an exemption? why not keep the whole thing secret?Comment

floyd is hbo's enemy?? is hbo aware of this? lol .. you could have come up with something better than that.Comment

which just leaves you with wada/usada rules, which clearly alow iv for medical purposes if youre granted tue, which mayweather was. you cant harp on usada rules when usada says it was legit.Comment

but im still trying to figure out why he would choose to make stuff up about floyd? and why pick the pac fight to do that in??? ..........Oooh we have a doorknob mindreader who sees green skies..
Anyway ultimately I dont care anymore. We are in the age where fighters can use PED's and still pass tests, and fighters can just refuse to take tests and people will still back them. Hauser is known to make things up so you should never use him as a credible source for anything. End ofComment

okay lets move on from NSAC cause them crooks deleted all the old pages regarding this, so proving timelines can be ify and tedious (which i really dont got the energy to do).
USADA follows wada rules.
Wada rules allow IV but only 50ML per 6 hours, any more has to be done in a HOSPITAL, In Surgery, Or A Clinical Investigation.
Was Mayweather in the hospital? NO
Was Mayweather in surgery? NO
Was Mayweather in a Clinical Investigation? NO
So Mawyeather could not be given a TUE for 750ML because Wada rules does not allow it. He can only receive 50ML every 6 hours.
