porters got this. very underrated whereas garcia is the opposite. the whole 'he fights to the level of his opposition' argument got thrown right out the window when thurman played with him.

The thing about Garcia is, he fades in the second half of fights. I dont see that working against a relentless, physical pressure fighter like Porter. Porter's chin isnt the best, and he could walk into something...but I'm leaning towards Porter wearing Garcia out with the physicality.

Agreed. It will be a bore. Porter is strong, but his fighs are ugly to watch.

Still, one that I wish I could have seen but never will is Porter vs Maidana.

This is not a hand/cherry pick fight. Therefore, I got Porter winning by either a 115-113 or 116-112 margin. I believe at this stage of their careers Porter wants it more and will do more in order to secure the victory in this fight.

In addition, Porter is the busier of two the two while Danny is more of a counter puncher. Moreover, these are the kind of fights that Garcia typically avoids; Primed opponents, who are at full strength and at their physical peak.
