Why did Jennings perform so much better vs Wlad than Pedvetkin?

Yet people regard Pedvetkin as the much better fighter while Jennings gets laughed off as some sort of bum?

I never really understood it at all. The "he was old" excuse doesn't fly because it was barely 1.5 years apart & he just dominated Pulev (another guy people rank higher than Jennings)

    Scorecards for Pedvetkin-Wlad:
    119-104
    119'104
    119-104

    Dropped what, 3-4 times?

    Cards for Jennings-Wlad
    118-109
    116-111
    116-111

    0 knock downs.

Really scratching my head at this one, oh and Pulev being regarded as a better fighter too despite his fight with Wlad ending in 5

They will say cause Wlad got older but in the same breath claim it was still a great win for Joshua 2 years later..but the truth is he did better because he simply leaned on Povetkin who is slow as a snail and was to big for Povetkin who struggled with Huck

wlad-povetkin was the ugliest fight i've seen and half of thos KDs if not most weren't KDs, wlad push povetkin a lot that night, and huged and held and clinch and on and on. just painful to watch. jennings was a boring fight but not as dirty and if i'm not mistaken wlad got a point deducted for holding.

Yeah, it was the ugliest performance of Wladimir's career. The ref let him tie up and lean on Povetkin all night so he did.

Not all guys age gradually either; I'd definitely say the Wlad that fought Jennings was clearly more shot than the one that fought Povetkin.

Because Klitchko was instructed by Banks to just box while in the Povetkin fight he had to deal with rushing in clinch tactics Povetkin was doing .

Had Klitchko went with Ali Bashirs game plan he would have knocked Jennings out .

Anything else on this thread is fictional .

Povetkin was and IS the better fighter then Jennings ,so what is the point of the thread ? lol

Jennings actually has a jab and moves his head.

Jennings don't get the credit he deserves because it would mean having to give Ortiz\Wilder props.
