Yes, but he is recognized in America as the champ because most American fans don't really know who AJ is.

Whether it's 5x or 100,000x as much as Wilder has ever made, you should have the same opinion you had when GGG was on the receiving end of the flat fee offer.

Parker earned 33% for a much smaller fight, bringing much less to the table. Wilder deserves more than 33%.

Hearn claims the 15 million represents 37.5%. But if Hearn was negotiating in good faith, he would have offered 37.5% instead of a flat fee. If Hearn offered 37.5% for April, Wilder might actually accept.

when u stack things up objectively, wilder really doesnt deserve much more than 33 percent if at all. 15 mill is more than generous. wilders getting that money off of the back of joshuas popularity, its not a charity.

The reason he's rated so highly is because he has big ol Anthony Joshua pissing his pants.

Parker had the least valuable belt, Wilder has the most valuable belt. Parker was from a very small country that brought very little money to the table. Wilder is from a very big country that brings a lot of money to the table. Wilder deserves a larger percentage than Parker got. It's a much bigger fight.

There has never been a flat fee for a fight this big. If Hearn is telling the truth that 15 million is 37.5%, then offer 37.5%. You only do a flat fee for a fight this big if you're trying to rip off the other side if the fight ends up being bigger than expected.

I dont rate DW high at all. He has an insane amount of flaws.

That being said he is still better then anthony Johnson and that's why hes scared to fight

Wbc is corrupt as they come and the belt thing is bs

Wilder makes 2m per fight and you can lie to deny it all you want. You and wilder were exposed with the restraining order lie team wilder tried to spread. Especially since on the uk you need to go to court for it lmao

Joshua has another belt now and wilder is still the same Uber bashing paper champion protected by Haymon and ducked whyte, povetkin and Klitschko

I really hope for every month wilder stalls, the offer of 15m gets reduced and he does not deserve it

The fool was saved by the ref to avoid a ko, eventually whyte will become mando and wilder will have nowhere to hide unless he vacated

Wilder is a coward and so are you all defending his duck

The only people who rate Wilder so highly are his 100 or so diehard fans, just because he's an American HW champion. America hasn't had a badass HW champ since the Tyson and Holyfield days, so some will settle for Deontay. Discerning fans realize that Wilder is a bum who fights bums.

Spin it however you want, but the WBC is clearly the most coveted recognized title and the WBO is clearly the least coveted. Hearn has publicly spoken many times about the WBC being the most valuable belt. It's not really debatable. Look at the list of WBC heavyweight champions and look at the list of WBO heavyweight champions. It's no comparison.

So you're claiming Cotto really only made 700k for his retirement fight?
